Dear members, partners and friends of Jeunesse Idem,

     I am writing to invite you to our next Extraordinary General Meeting. It will be held on September 28, with doors opening at 5:30 p.m. and the meeting starting at the meeting starts at 6pm in the Jeunesse Idem hall.

     As mentioned at last June's Annual General Meeting, the Board of Directors had that we would convene members at a later date to validate, among other things, the audited audited financial statements for the year 2022-2023 form, the proposed agenda and the minutes of the AGM as well as the minutes of the EGM. We take this opportunity to celebrate the end of summer and the arrival of autumn of autumn with a BBQ and fun activities with members of the Board and the Jeunesse Idem in-house team to invite you to get involved in our organization as a member and/or board member. In order to have voting rights at the AGM, your membership form (see attachment) must be received no later than Sept. 27 and payment ($5) must be received no later than the day of the AGM by e-transfer to the following e-mail address erik.jeunesseidem@gmail.com or in person.
